What motivates you? My love for the sport – I have goals and I am yet to reach them!
What does your training schedule look like? I’m in the gym six days a week. I train with a lot of intervals – strength and balance work. When I’m on the snow I’ll have full days on the mountain with some recovery sessions in the evenings.
What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness? You get what you work for. The hard work will pay off!
Where’s the coolest place your sport has taken you? I love going to New Zealand and Chile in the summer. Sochi, Russia was such a crazy experience. My favourite is Alberta, Canada. I’m really lucky with how much I get to travel.
What’s your proudest sporting achievement? Making my Olympic Criteria in Alpine Skiing was definitely a moment to remember. Also becoming British Champion in my third ever Ski Cross race was pretty cool.
What are your best and worst habits when it comes to your sport? My best habit is being able to overcome setbacks. I’ve been injured a lot in my sport but I always get myself back out there. My worst habit is that I need to know when my next meal is. I can get super hangry. My teammates always laugh at me!
Who was your childhood hero? This might sound really cheesy, but it was my mum. She’s always been successful and shown me how to be driven, and also what it takes to be a real badass. My dad was the real sporting hero in our house – he was a karate champ – so I got the best example from both of them.
Which app could you not live without? What’s App. I spend so much time on the road, it’s the best way to stay in touch.
Describe yourself in three words: Determined, happy and clumsy.
