What motivates you? The desire to keep improving constantly, individually and for the team.
What does your training schedule look like? We train full time at Bisham Abbey. We have five GB hockey sessions, three gym sessions and usually a club training and club match in a week.
What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness? It’s really important to keep variety in your training to keep testing your body and to keep yourself motivated and training hard.
Where’s the coolest place your sport has taken you? We’ve been very lucky and have travelled to lots of cool places, including Argentina, Australia, India and Brazil.
What’s coming up for you? I’m taking a break from hockey to start my legal training contract.
What’s your proudest sporting achievement? Winning Olympic gold at Rio 2016.
What are your best and worst habits? My competitiveness: it makes me a real fighter out on the pitch but I also hate losing!
Who was your childhood hero? Jonny Wilkinson (more of a crush!)
