The Goonies screening, Edinburgh – 4th September

Surrounded by plants and flowers, this open-air cinema viewing is a must, especially as summer’s coming to an end! EartH opening, London – 2nd September
The once abandoned Savoy Cinema in Dalston has been restored and is opening its doors next week as an arts venue. Named Evolutionary Arts Hackney – EartH for short, the centre is set to show live music, theatre and dance. The first event on the agenda: a record fair – vintage vinyl collectors, this is your jam.
National Burger Party with My Hyde and Street Feast, London – 30th August
A special event for one day only(!), Street Feast are teaming up with Mr Hyde at Hawker House to throw a burger-flipping, bun-tastic bash involving 17 burger veterans and new patty-loving brands. From slushies to cocktails, and even options for vegans, there’s something for everyone. Tickets are £15, which includes an ice-cold Budweiser plus a MacPickleback shot, which we’re all pretty excited to try…
